Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both Quats sanitizer spray bottles were stored in the cabinet under the handwash station.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure sanitizer solutions are available at the work stations to allow for proper sanitizing of food contact surfaces throughout the day. Sanitizer spray bottles were placed in the front and back food preparation areas at the time of inspection.

Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 3C.
-Walk-in freezer was at -18C.
-Both sandwich prep coolers were at 4C.
-Undercounter cooler was at 3C.
-Front customer area cooler was at 4C.
-Hot holding units were both greater than 60C. Items are reheated to greater than 74C in the microwave prior to placing in hot holding unit.
-Temperatures are checked and recorded twice daily.
-3-compartment sink used for cleaning and sanitizing. Sink was prepared with 200ppm Quats sanitizer at the time of inspection.
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels. Staff observed practicing proper hand hygiene practices and proper single use glove practices.
-Quats sanitizer dispenser tested at 200ppm.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-Washroom clean and sanitary.
