Routine Inspection
- Hand wash stations satisfactory. Paper towel key not available at the time of inspection. Rolls of paper towels provided during the inspection. Do not store any food products such as ice cream cones near the hand wash station.
- All cooler and cooling sure shot machine ambient air temperature below 4 degree Celsius
- Walk in freezer and beef patty freezer ambient air temperature below -18 degree Celsius except chicken reach in freezer.
- Hot holding temperature above 60 degree Celsius
- temperature logs in place.
- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available. Provide more spray bottles in the food prep area.
- 100 ppm Cl solution available for wiping cloths
- some time stamps in place. eggs at room temperature missing time stamps. Ensure all food stored at room temperature that require time stamps are stamped.
- food safe level 1 trained staff available
Note: An egg cooking grill installed without Fraser Health approval. Provide written conformation that mechanical ventilation is not required for this unit.
