Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATs sanitizer in sanitizer buckets (X2) with wiping cloths measured at 0 ppm QUATs concentration during time of inspection. Staff replaced the sanitizer in the buckets which later measured at 200 ppm QUATs concentration with test strip. QUATs test strips are available on site.
Corrective Action(s): Test and change sanitizer strength frequently to ensure it is at 200 ppm QUATS concentration throughout the day to effectively sanitize food contact surfaces, equipment and utensils.

Corrective Action(s): Place the box of avocados on a shelf (at least 6 inches off the floor) to prevent potential contamination to food. Ensure all food is always stored at least 6 inches off the floor.

Observation: Staff on site is not able to verify FOODSAFE Level 1 training during time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Submit a copy of FOODSAFE Level 1 training for staff on site. Ensure one person on site has FOODSAFE level 1 training of equivalent at all times. Keep FOODSAFE training copies on site to be verified by the health inspector during inspection.

- Temperature logs are maintained - good!
- General sanitation of premise is excellent during time of inspection
- Hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- 3-compartment sink available with drain plugs and QUATs sanitizer
- Washrooms observed in sanitary condition
- All food observed covered
- Equipment stored in a sanitary manner
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- Operating permit posted in conspicuous location
