Observation: Most cleaning has been done, still found build up of food and grease under prep coolers, and hot holding unit, on ventilation above 2 burners, and on shelving above steam table.
Corrective Action(s): Continue to work on deep cleaning all surfaces, (walls, shelves, ventilation, etc) throughout the premises.

Observation: 1. Sink by ice machine still leaking
2. Prep coolers had inserts being stored with plastic wrap, no proper lid over top of cooler.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Repair leak at sink to prevent a source of water for any potential pest.
2. Ensure coolers have proper well sealed lids for area with the inserts.
CORRECT: 2 weeks.

Observation: Hand sink in the kitchen does not have hot water, hand sink in the bar had no paper towel.
Correction: Must ensure all hand sinks have hot and cold water, liquid soap, paper towel at all times.
