Only cold water available. Corrective Action(s): Employee opened the hot water supply valve to the hand-sink during inspection. Hot water supply has now been restored. Ensure hot and cold water is available at this sink for hand-washing purposes. If faucet handles are leaking, repair or replace the faucet. Violation Score: 3
