Observation: Large gap underneath door to back lot/exterior. This can allow pests to enter your kitchen.
Corrective Action(s): Install weather stripping or find a way to close the gap between the ground and the door so that pests cannot enter into your kitchen.

Observation: 1) Food debris found hardened on dry spice shelving race by the dishwasher area
2) Rodent droppings observed beside the upright cooler in the back area and a few droppings in the area beside the dishwasher
3) Food debris observed on several shelves and inside drawers in the area beside the dishwasher

Corrective Action(s): Clean all above mentioned areas. Remove all droppings and sanitize areas with bleach. As discussed, it is important to clean all hard to reach areas (behind equipment, inside shelves, underneath food items, etc).
