Required cleaning completed. Additional traps also added to premises.
New flashing provided along wall of kitchen area. Observed several potential entry points plugged up by steel wool.
New flooring added to area were tiles were missing previously.
Pest service invoice (Sept 12, 18) indicate only one capture.
For future, operator must ensure routine deep cleaning is conducted, i.e. pull out coolers/fridges and clean behind.
Prep cooler repaired, undercompartment 3 C.
