- 2 display coolers measured 7.6 degrees C (left) and 9.8 degrees C (right)
- Probe thermomether was left to check the ambient temperature and measured 8.6 degrees C.
- Thermometer present in cooler and measured 8 degrees C.
- Semi-soft cheese probed to be at 10.5 degrees C.

1 Make sure to mix 1/2 teaspoon chlorine with 2 L of water.
2 Sanitize with chlorine 100-200 ppm after washing.

NOTE:
- Sink drain plug was not present, however, operator was able to demostrate proper procedures for manual dishwashing in big bucket * Sanitize with 1 tablespoon chlorine + 1 gallon of water and soak for 30 seconds.

- Walk-in cooler= 1 degrees C
- front cooler= 3 degrees C
- freezer (frozen seafood) = -29 degrees C
- freezer (frozen fish + frozen tarts) = -18 degrees C.
- Meat slicer is not in use. It is sanitary and covered.
- Storage is sanitary and easily accessible
- Pest control services provided by Orkin every month.
