Comments

- Follow-up to routine inspection conducted on September 12, 2023 (report #YTAN-CVLPS3). - Faucet for hand sink in cook area no longer leaking. Hot/cold running water available. - Ventilation canopy filters have been cleaned. - Dishwasher was still not properly sanitizing dishes at start of inspection and measured only 10 ppm chlorine residual at the dish surface. Operator was already aware of this and two-compartment sink was properly set up for sanitizing with SaniStuff solution (200 ppm QUAT). Dishwasher's sanitizer supply bottle was switched at time of inspection, 50 ppm chlorine residual detected at the dish surface after final rinse. - Again, ensure to check your dishwasher with chlorine test strips on a daily basis.
