Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Noted the cold ready to eat display foods were displayed at room temperature @ 15oC to 20oC. The operator stated the food will be kept 2 hours then discarded afterwards.
Corrective Action(s): Provide the followings to display cold ready to eat foods:
1. Ice water batches to keep food cold
2. Time tract and log daily: the time food is made + the time food is discarded

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1. Noted vegetables stored with the raw meat in the main cooler.
2. Noted a bag of potatoes placed directly on the floor.

2. Never place any food items directly on the floor.
