[s. 14(2)] Observation: Temperature of the food inside the hot holding unit were not hot enough (meat skewers 91-97F, savory pastries 137F). Correction: Either use time as a control by setting the timers or keep food hot at 140F/60C or higher. This is repeated violation.Ticket issued.
