Routine Inspection Conducted
- No food preparation observed during inspection as there is no event tonight.

Observations:
- Walk-in cooler at 2'C
- Walk-in freezer at -19'C
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Dry stored ingredients observed stored in pest proof containers with scoops stored in a sanitary condition
- No hot-holding during inspection. Chafing dishes available for buffet service.
*Reminder to ensure hot-held foods are maintained at or above 60'C during buffet service.
- General sanitation is excellent during inspection
- All hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 74'C at plate surface (above minimum required final rinse temperature of 71'C)
- Bleach available on site.
*Reminder to ensure bleach sanitizer is prepared at a concentration of 100-200 ppm chlorine concentration by mixing 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of bleach with 1L of water for sanitizing food contact surfaces.
- Equipment observed stored in a sanitary condition
- Ice machine and ventilation canopy observed in good sanitary condition
- Staff observed wearing clean uniforms
- Staff and public washrooms observed in good sanitary condition
- No signs of pest activity during inspection
