Received copies of last 2 pest control inspection reports. Old droppings observed in previous inspection report removed from bar area and room where hot water tank is located Wall opening where piping comes in has been sealed (as requested per previous report) Weather stripping installed on the base of the door to the room where the hot water tank is located and office. No new droppings observed in the bar or kitchen. Pest control contact remains in place ***As per previous report: Make change to your food safety plan for warmer weather conditions ie When patio is open to the elements (Glass doors opened). Both doors that enter into the patio from the restaurant must remain closed at all times to prevent rodent entry.
