Follow-up Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- General sanitation of premise has improved since last inspection. Ventilation hood has been degreased and is observed in sanitary condition. Floors and hard to reach areas around cooking units have been cleaned and sanitized. Under-counter drawer coolers observed in sanitary condition
- Ice machine observed in sanitary condition. Consultation provided on how to maintain clean and sanitary ice machine
- Hand washing stations throughout kitchen supplied with liquid soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water
- Temperature logs maintained and verified during inspection
- FOOD SAFE Level 1 trained staff available on premises
- Walk-in cooler measured at 4'C. Organization in walk-in cooler has improved since last inspection.

Reminder to keep raw meats away from ready-to-eat foods (always stored on the bottom shelf)
