Observation: Observed old dry looking and fresh looking rat droppings throughout the facility. Weekly cleaning in place specifically for rodent droppings. Monthly pest control in place.

Rat droppings observed in the following locations:
- in the kitchen, especially under the two compartment sink.
- in the dry storage, under the shelves and behind the cooler/freezer.
- in the hall way, next to a shelf storing take out containers.
- in the grease trap room.
Corrective Action(s): Increase the frequency of pest control service to twice a month immediately.
Clean and sanitize all areas impacted by rodent droppings.
Prepare previous pest control reports (October 2022 to current) for review.

Routine inspection conducted:
Hand washing stations are fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Freezers at adequate temperature.
High temperature dishwasher's sanitizing cycle was measured at 76.5C at the plate level.
Food contact surfaces sanitizer was measured at 100 ppm chlorine.
Kitchen ventilation hood is in a sanitary condition, next cleaning is due on Feb 30, 2023.
General food storage practice is adequate.
