Observation: Black organic buildup noted in the interior of the ice dispenser.
Correction: Discard all ice in the ice machine. Clean and sanitize as per the manufacturer's instruction.

Follow-up inspection conducted for inspection report# KLAI-CEWPGU
Ice machine noted in a sanitary condition at the time of inspection.
No food was stored on the floor in the walk-in cooler.
Most food in the walk-in cooler was noted stored covered and protected during the inspection - exception was for items that were being cooled. Please note: Anything intended to be stored for a prolong time period in any refrigeration units (e.g. not for the lunch/ dinner rush) needs to be stored protected with cling wrap or lid.
Did not observe any pest or pest activities at the time of inspection. Please monitor for the sign of ants in the facility. If noted and cannot be contained then connect with a third party pest control company to help with the situation.
Food premises now noted in a sanitary condition at the time of inspection:
Underside of the door handles of the 3 door reach-in cooler and walk-in cooler, walk-in cooler, dish sink sprayer and handheld blender now noted in a sanitary condition.
FOODSAFE level 1 certificate for operator verified - expires March 30, 2024.

Thank you for correcting all the cited violations from the last routine inspection in such a short time frame. No further follow-up required at this time.
