-General sanitation is satisfactory
-All hand washing stations are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels
-All walk-in coolers at < or = 4C
-Walk-in freezer at < or = -18C
-Thermometers available for coolers and freezers
-Temperature logs are kept and maintained twice per day
-High temperature pan washer in use. Temperature reached 71.6C during the final rinse. Thermolabels are used by operator to measure sanitizing temperature.
-Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
-Quat dispenser available and provided 200 ppm Quat sanitizer
-All food containers are labelled and protected from contamination
-Scoops are stored separately from bulk ingredient containers
-Equipment (mixers, containers, etc) is well-maintained
-Dry storage is satisfactory
-Warehouse area is satisfactory
-Hairnets and nitrile gloves in use
-Chemicals are kept separately from areas of food prep and storage
-No signs of pests observed during inspection. Abell provides pest control services biweekly. Service records onsite and available for review. Ensure the receiving door is closed when there are no deliveries.
