Comments

-Follow-up inspection to July 4, 2018. -Walk-in cooler has been serviced and refrigeration gas was added to the unit. Cooler unit was at 2C. Condenser drain pipe has also been repaired. -Bleach sanitizer spray bottle was at 100ppm. Ensure containers are relabelled as needed. 3-compartment sink was set-up with 100ppm bleach sanitizer. -Equipment and utensils were found to be clean and sanitary at the time of inspection. -Top door panel for the kitchen prep cooler has been repaired. Prep cooler door seals are still outstanding. Door seals can either be repaired or replaced, as long as the surface is smooth and easily cleanable. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
