Follow up inspection to report# DSOG-AVAUMT:

- Hot water supply at min 38C at all handwashing stations (front, behind three comp sink) and at the three compartment sink. Ensure to divide the wash/sanitize load throughout the day to ensure that there is constant supply of hot water at all times.
- The hot water tank will be replaced on Monday January 29th, 2018 to a tankless system to ensure that there is constant supply of hot water.
- The sanitizer at the three compartment sink measured at 100ppm chorine solution.
- Food items stored at min 6 inches (15cm) off the floor inside the walk in cooler. Please cover all food items with plastic wrap inside the walk in cooler.
- Potato cutter blade in clean condition.
Note: Due to computer issues during the inspection on January 23rd, 2018, the inspection report# DSOG-AVAUMT was hand delivered and signed by the owner during the time of the follow-up inspection. A copy of the signed report was collected and will be kept for record.
