Solution is set to automatically mix and dispense. The dispenser is dispensing the weak solution. Corrective Action(s): - Manually make up fresh sanitizer solution for use until the dispenser is adjusted to dispense the right concentration. - Ensure that test strips are available for testing on a daily basis. - Solution was made during the inspection.
