Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dishwasher had a final rinse of 0 ppm chlorine. Concentration has not been checked.
Corrective Action(s): Stop using dishwasher, premises is to close until repaired and ok given to reopen.

Observation: Hand sink in the kitchen does not have hot water, hand sink in the bar had no paper towel.

Observation: 1. Found multiple food items put away in the cooler, freezer with out lids.
2. sandwich prep coolers were found to have inserts with food and only covered with cutting boards or baking sheets over night.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Must cover all food properly before putting away, use plastic or metal foil, or proper lids.
2. Must ensure proper lids are used for prep coolers to prevent the entrance of pests into the food.

Observation: Grease and film build up on tops and handles of coolers/freezers, food debris and grease accumulating under and behind all equipment and build up of grease and dust noted over pot stove.
Corrective Action(s): A deep and thorough cleaning is required on all surfaces, floors, handles and in-between all equipment through out the premises.

2. SInk by ice machine, and sink by the dishwasher both have leaks that require repair.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Have dishwasher repaired so it can provide a minimum of 50 ppm chlorine in the final rinse. Rewash all dishes and equipment once the dishwasher has been repaired.
2. Repair all leaks in the plumbing.
