- 3 compartment sink with drain plug available for manual dishwashing
- High temperature dishwasher final rinsing temperature at plate measured at 76.1'C
- Chlorine sanitizer from spray bottle measured at 200 ppm
- Back door is closed at the time of inspection
- 2 door chest cooler temperature at 2'C
- Small chest cooler temperature at 4'C
- All freezers temperature are at -18'C or below
- Temperature log is well maintained
- General sanitation is satisfactory
- All hand sinks equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towel
- Ice machine noted to be at sanitary condition, scoop is stored outside of the ice machine
- Staff on-site has valid Foodsafe level 1 certificate until Nov 2029
- Permit is posted in plain view to public
