Commissary 4. Bakery Department 5. Snack Bar 6. Receiving area Corrective Action(s): - Remove the mouse droppings and disinfect the area with 1 part bleach to 9 part water solution. Use proper PPE during cleaning. - As the pest issues have increased since last inspection, please discuss the issue with your pest control company to implement necessary control measures. - Regularly monitor the pest activity along the walls, corners, shelves. - Seal any gaps, holes that could be potential entry points. Routine inspection conducted at the store. - All coolers were maintained at 4C or less. - All freezers were maintained at -18 or less. - Reach in produce coolers maintained at 4C. - All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor. - Bulk bins had dispensers.
