Hand sinks have hot/cold running water and are stocked with paper towels and soap. Cooler temps operating at or below 4 degrees C. Freezer temps operating at or below -18 degrees C. No signs of pests. Pest management plan in place. Outdoor garbage area is clean. Sanitizer spray bottles with 200 ppm Quat readily available. Checked the expiry/best before dates of perishables throughout the premise - all good!
