Follow up inspection conducted - All pasta sauce portioned out to small containers to cooled. Chlorine spray bottle used for food contact surfaces measured 100ppm. - Cooling unit in the walk in cooler has been fixed. No leakage observed - Mouldy walk-in cooler fan has been replaced to a clean new fan. 2-comp sink leakage has been fixed. No leakage observed Accumulation of dust, food debris, and grease has been cleaned and removed.
