Cold holding unit was 4 C / 40 F or colder Sanitizer available (quat. Ammonium) was at 200 pm Monitoring records were available and up to date for temperature / cleaning. Pest control via green valley pest control Ltd. Menu/produce production same as before. Hand washing sink had liquid soap and paper towels. Facility was repainted (floors/ceilings) Discussed cooling procedures for role glue product ie cool after cooking (quickly) within 2 hours.
