- hand sink was easily accessible - all equipment appeared to be washed and sanitized (no food debris) - all foods were stored off the floor by 6" or 15 cm and were covered - there were no foods left out at room temperature - no cooling of food was being done at time of inspection - new deep freeze has been purchased - tin foil and cardboard have been removed - walls and surfaces have been repainted ensure to increase cleaning to maintain clealiness - Chemicals are being stored away from food
