Follow-up inspection conducted for report# KLAI-CTWR6X
No knives were noted stored behind the 3-door cooler unit and wall.
All food in the walk-in cooler were stored covered with a lid/ plastic wrap.
Light shield replaced on the light fixture by the cash register area.
No improper dispenser noted stored in the bulk flour container.
As per operator (onsite at the time of inspection) - new door gasket has been ordered for the back 3-door cooler (will arrive in 2 - 3 weeks).

Outstanding violations that still need to be corrected - to be evaluated during the next routine inspection:
Continue working with your pet control company to reduce the number of flies in the facility.
The door gasket and door handles of the 3-door coolers are still noted with dried food soil - please clean and sanitize.
As per the last routine inspection, awaiting for contractor to clean dust and grease buildup on the fan unit above the oven.
Clean the white organic buildup noted on the shelves in the walk-in cooler.
