Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection.
Deli walk-in cooler, deli display case and under counter prep-coolers were less than 4C.
Internal temperature of hot foods in the closed and open display cases were at least 60C internally.
Cold holding, hot holding, and cooking temperature for food products were being recorded.
Quats dispenser being the walk-in cooler was at 200ppm.
Retail cheese cooler was at 4C.
General sanitation was satisfactory and no pest activity noted.
Food items properly covered and stored at least 6 inches off the ground.
Both of the 3-compartment sinks were satisfactory.
Hand washing stations available.
