Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed two domestic fridges in back storage area at greater than 4C at time of inspection. Silver cooler - salsa probed at 8C. White Cooler - feta probed at 6.6C & sour cream at 6.9C. Both thermometers in units showed 50F
Corrective Action(s): Operator stated that staff had recently been wiping down coolers and had units open for a significant amount of time.

In the interim, operator moved all potentially hazardous foods to another cooler maintaining 4C or below. Monitor fridges, if internal thermometers show temperature has returned to 4C/40F within an hour - you may move product back to firdges.

If fridges do not return to 4C/40F or below, units are to be repaired.

Beverage cooler at front greater than 4C at time of inspection. Operator stated that a new unit has been purchased. In the interim, salsa, sour cream and sauce are sitting on ice.
