-A new pest control company has been hired and will be on site today. Ensure that a copy of their report is sent to Fraser Health. -New cleaning and sanitation procedures are needed. The booklet with sanitation plan templates was emailed last week to the church. Ensure that a new Sanitation plan is submitted to Fraser Health within 2 weeks and that it is used on site to ensure that regular scheduled cleaning is taking place in all areas of the kitchen. Cleaning has been completed. No pests observed in the kitchen. Some droppings still need cleaning- behind the chest freezer and in the food storage room. Foods are in pest proof containers.
