-Front cake coolers were at 4C.
-Upright glass door cooler was at 4C.
-Upright metal cooler was at 4C.
-Upright freezer was at -18C.
-Chest freezer was at -21C.
-Cooked potentially hazardous foods (patty) held at less than 60C but time tracked. After 2 hours, unsold products are discarded.
-Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Sink plugs and bleach available.
-Handwash station accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-General food storage practices good at the time of inspection. Foods stored off the ground and covered.
-General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
