Routine inspection: tea packaging Hand sinks leading into packaging area provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Hand sink in packaging area provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Employees required to wear clean lab coats and hair/beard nets. Tea is placed into plastic drums lined with food grade plastic then fed into packaging machines. Packaging machines equipped with screens and magnets to catch foreign material. Pest control services in place. Storage area clean and organized. All finished products stored on pallets off the floor. Batch and lot codes in place. Large drum for blending cleaned with compressed air. Acid sanitizer available for cleaning and sanitizing. 2 compartment sink and one large sink available for use.
