Handsink was supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels.
Other sinks were in good working order.
High temperature dishwasher had a final rinse temperature at or above 71 degrees C (71.6 degrees C and 73 degrees C for two separate loads) at the plate level.
Dishwasher final rinse temperature was above 82 degrees C for at least 10 seconds at the gauge/manifold during the final rinse cycle.
100-200 ppm chlorine sanitizer was available in a spray bottle.
Refrigeration unit was at or below 4 degrees C and was equipped with a thermometer.
Chest freezer was at or below -18 degrees C.
No signs of recent pest activity were present at the time of inspection.
