Follow up inspection: -Quat solution now dispensed at 200 ppm Quat consistently. Quat test strips in use per new batch of solution made. Quat dispenser requires a minute of priming before solution reaches the line. No other concerns at the time of inspection. Education and information provided for change in restrictions this week. Facility now in compliance.
