Observation: Numerous mouse droppings observed in back storage area, along wall perimeter in kitchen and in multiple lower level shelves in front area. Pest control company coming in twice per week and staff report several captures as well as a significant reduction in sightings/activity.
Corrective Action(s): Do a deep clean of premise, removing all mouse droppings as plugging the hole between cabinets under the espresso machine. Due: April 12, 2024
** If pest activity persists in base cabinets where packaging is stored then doors (or equivalent measure) will need to be installed to prevent pests from getting to areas where food related items are stored.
