Observation: Dishwasher 0ppm chlorine.
Chlorine sanitizer is in supply (1/2 bucket).
Dial appears to be working for dish detergent but not pulling for sanitizer.
Bleach is in supply.
Correction: 1. Fix dishwasher, ensure it dispenses 50-100ppm Chlorine during final rinse/sanitizing cycle.
2. In the meantime, dishwasher can be used for washing dishes only.
Final sanitizing step must be completed in 1-2 compartments of your 3 compartment sink. OR
Follow 3-compartment sink method for washing and sanitizing.

Follow up Inspection:

-Dishwasher 50-100ppm Chlorine.
-Operator also confirmed with their own test strips, thank you.
-Fly light has been moved to back door area.
-Food items are all covered and protected from contamination, thank you.
-Additional chlorine sanitizer in supply.
-Improvement in cleaning noted.

Continue to monitor with test strips for dishwasher to confirm enough chlorine for sanitizing dishes.
Continue to work on daily maintenance and cleaning.
