Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Iodine measured from the glass washer at 0 ppm. Iodine stock bottle was empty.
Corrective Action(s): Staff swtiched out the empty iodine bottle with a full bottle. Iodine concentration measured at 12.5ppm. Wash and sanitize all glasses through the glass washer before using them.

- Stand-up cooler at 8C. Only bread was stored inside.
- Freezers maintained at -18C or less.

- Hand washing station provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200 ppm quats available in pail and from the dispenser.
- High temperature dishwasher registered 77C at the plate level.
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition.
- Food stored off the ground and covered.
