Items corrected:

- Walk in cooler: Ready-to-eat food items are not stored below raw chicken. They are stored in separate racks.
- Operator stated that as per technician, no issue was found with the prep cooler that was holding meat balls. Operator stated that the hot air from the nearby stoves were affecting the cooler temperature. No issue was found with cooler temperature at the time of inspection and operator stated meatballs won't be stored in this cooler anymore. Ensure staff keeps the top cover closed when not in use. Another option is to bring down the cooler temperature to 1-2 degrees Celsius during operation.
- Mouse droppings were cleaned in the exterior storage rooms.
- Dishwashing area was cleaned.
- Dry storage room was cleaned.
- Mini fan was cleaned.
- Dishwasher was cleaned and de-limed as per the operator. No stains and mould were observed on surfaces. Ensure to clean the dishwasher on regular basis to prevent staining and mould build up.

Corrections to be made:

- Fill in the gap on the concrete floor in the exterior storage room #1. Any holes or gaps need to be fully blocked in order to to prevent pest entry & breeding.
- Install rodent traps in both exterior storage rooms.
