Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Ice scoop for the ice machine was stored in a cup noted with dirty water.
**Issue corrected at the time of inspection** Operator removed the ice scoop for washing. Changed the dirty cup and replaced with a washed ice scoop and cup at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure to wash all in-use utensils every 4 hours or as needed to deter bacterial growth.

Routine inspection conducted today:
Handwash stations, including the washrooms, were accessible, equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel.
All refrigeration units were at ≤ 4C.
All freezer units were at ≤ -18C.
Proper storage hierarchy observed and all food in the refrigeration units were stored protected.
Sanitizer bucket noted in the back of house - 200 PPM chlorine residual detected.
Sanitizer spray bottle noted in the front of house - 200 PPM chlorine residual detected.
Fume hood and ice machine noted in sanitary condition.
2 high temperature dish machines in the facility - the final rinse temperature at the plate level were satisfactory for both machines (71.0C for the machine in the back of house, 74.4C for the machine in the front of house).
No signs of pest activities noted during the inspection.
Overall sanitation satisfactory.
