Pest control company was in earlier today according to staff, traps observed in some of the base cabinets as well as steel wool in holes in walls of cabinets. Corrective Action(s): Clean up mouse droppings in all cabinets and sanitize cabinets. Due: Friday March 15, 2024 Continue to monitor for new activity and work with pest control company to eliminating pests. Violation Score: 3
