Handsink equipped with liquid soap and paper towel
Bleach sanitizer spray bottle at 100-200 ppm
No signs of pests observed; pest control was called in January due to mouse sightings - suspect neighbouring business as cause of concern. Operator said that neighbouring business was talked to. No issues lately.
High temperature dishwasher reached 76C at the plate level upon final rinse cycle (min/max probe thermometer)
Foods stored covered, in cupboards
Cooler at 6C - opening and closing lately with lunch; freezer at -14C. Thermometers in coolers. Temperature log maintained.
Foods coming from North Van commissary - Receiving and serving log reviewed. No cooking or reheating in the kitchen.
Permit posted with valid decal
FoodSafe staff available - Ensure that all staff with FoodSafe certificates have copies in the kitchen that are available for inspector to review
