Corrective Action(s): Dishwasher must reach at least 71c at dish level for rinse cycle.
Operator fixed dishwasher during time of inspection and dishwasher reached 72.9c at dish level for rinse cycle.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Original Kulfi was found onsite during time of inspection. This food item is not an approved product by the health department.All food items being offered onsite must be approved and from approved sources.
Corrective Action(s): STOP ALL RETAIL OF THIS FOOD ITEM.
Return or discard all product immediately. Signage that is posted for this food item must be removed immediately.

Observation: Front display cooler at 8c. There are no perishable items being stored in this cooler. This cooler must reach 4c or below at all times.
Corrective Action(s): Front display cooler needs to be repaired so it reaches 4c or below. Do not store any perishable food items in this cooler.

Comments

Routine inspection.
Handwashing stations are fully equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels.
All coolers are 4c or below. Except display cooler in front customer area (see above noted violation).
Walkin cooler at 2c.
Freezers at -18c.
Coolers are equipped with thermometers.
All food items are being stored at least 6" off the floor.
Dry storage area is clean and all items are being stored in containers or closed original packaging.
Quat sanitizer at 200 ppm concentration. Spray bottles of sanitizer are labelled appropriately.
Overall sanitation is adequate.
Reminder: Ensure to clean under hard to reach areas and all coolers on routine basis.
No pest issues noted during time of inspection.

The following requires operators attention:

2. Ensure to keep temperature log of all coolers on routine daily basis.
