Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Cream cheese, white milk, chocolate milk, cheese, creamer products were all inside a stainless steel fridge at an ambient temperature of 7C. All products, except for white milk and cream cheese, were placed in the cooler this morning at 10:30 A.M.
Corrective Action(s): Cream cheese, chocolate milk, cheese, creamer products were transferred to the shared walk-in cooler (with 7-Eleven). White milk and half block of cream cheese were discarded.

Routine inspection conducted. Facility is generally well maintained and operated.

1. Construction requirements from previous inspection
Sink area has been re-caulked
Mould has been removed in the aforementioned areas (around FRP board and tiling)
Side-splash plates around the hand wash station and the plastic curtains in the freezer compartments to be installed by June 6, 2019

2. Temperatures
- Prep cooler at 2C (bottom) and 4C (top)
- Undercounter cooler at 4C
- Dairy dispenser unit at 4C
- Stainless steel back-of-house stand-up cooler at 7C (see violation code above)
- Freezer compartments vary from -12C to -16C
- Temperature logs maintained and up-to-date

3. Hygiene and Sanitizing
- Hand wash stations adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels
- Sanitizing pails and drink mixer sanitizing pails at 200 ppm QUATS
- Sanitizer dispenser releases QUATS at 200 ppm
- 3-compartment sink is set-up for proper washing, rinsing, sanitizing, and air-drying
- Equipment generally maintained in good sanitary condition

4. Storage
- Food products are all stored at least 6" off the floor
- Employees aware of how to use colour coded tongs: black for bacon products, brown for sausage and steak products, and yellow for egg
- Chemicals stored separately from food products

5. Pests
- No recent, visible signs of recent pest activity at time of inspection
- Pest control company last arrived on May 23, 2019 to reset traps for rat activity. All 3 traps located in common area between Tim Horton's and 7-Eleven
