Observation: One of the hand washing station in the corner by the office is not available. The plumbing was clogged and was not draining properly. The sink was filled with coffee and dairy products. Hand washing station must be available at all times for hand washing only.
Corrective Action(s): Required operator to repair plumbing to ensure it drains properly. The sink must be available for hand washing only.
