Observation: dishwasher not reaching minimum of 72 c at plate level in final rinse
Correction: repair/adjust dishwasher to ensure final rinse water reaches 72 c at plate. Correct by June 21, 2023. In intermim sanitize dishes with 100 ppm chlorine solution as per 3 compartment sink method. Camp not operating at moment.
