Routine inspection conducted. - Temperature of 2.9C - Prep cooler at 4C - Small prep cooler at front 2C - Stainless steel cooler at 1C - Freezer at -12C - Soup in hot holding unit at 68C - Hot holding unit (pizza slices) at 61C - All food items were stored at least 6" off the floor. - Chemicals and cleaners were stored separate from food preparation areas. - Hand wash station was adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, and single-use paper towels. - Sanitizer pail available and the concentration of QUATS noted at 200ppm. - Facility uses high temp mechanical dishwasher in bakery department for warewashing. - Utensils and tongs were found in sanitary condition. - Mechanical traps were present throughout the facility. - Staff has valid FoodSafe Level 1 certificate.
