Comments

-Walk-in cooler was at 4C.
-Pizza prep cooler (3 door) was at 4C - cooler unit completed defrost cycle at 3pm.
-2-door prep cooler was at 4C.
-Upright Sobe cooler was at 4C.
-Chest freezer was at -18C.
-Accurate thermometers present in cold holding units.
-Handwash station easily accessible and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels.
-Bleach sanitizer pail was tested at 200ppm. Ensure staff label sanitizer pails.
-Washroom clean and well maintained.
-Foods properly stored off the floor, covered, and protected from contamination.
-General sanitation satisfactory at the time of inspection. Ensure staff pay more attention to the shelving units in the walk-in cooler.
-No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
-FoodSafe certificates without an expiry date expire on July 29, 2018.
