Comments

Overdue permit fee made payable to Fraser Health collected by cheque during the inspection. All coolers were < 4 C. Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 71 C at the plate. No evidence of pests. Bleach sanitizer solution was at 100 ppm. General sanitation was satisfactory.
