Observation: The sandwich preparation fridge temperatures measure 14 C. Temperatures must be maintained below 4 C. The 'outside cooler' (milk and drinks) temperatures measure 14 C. The plastic sliding door is damaged and is not in use.
Correction: A service technician has been called and parts are on order. Ice is presently being used to bring temperatures down. The sliding door on the 'outside cooler' is presently being repaired.
